FX Services - Cross Rates
VBCE provides a "cross rate" or a direct rate between two foreign currencies. This service is available for business clients transacting over CAD5,000. Most financial institutions require two separate transactions in the case where a client, for example, wishes to purchase EUR50,000 using USD. The client would need to sell his / her USD for CAD in one transaction and then sell the CAD for EUR in a second transaction. VBCE would offer a direct EUR/USD quote completing the trade in just one transaction thus eliminating unnecessary transaction costs.
