The markets have started the day on a positive note as two main issues seem to be trending to the positive. The UK and EU have come to a tentative Brexit deal, however it must be ratified by both parliaments in order to come into effect. Meanwhile comments out of Chinese trade officials soothed traders angst over the U.S., China trade spat. Currently, the TSX is up 0.15% and the DJIA is up 0.32%. EURCAD is down 0.37% trading between 1.4601 and 1.4660. GBPCAD is up 0.01% trading between 1.6813 and 1.7094. JPYCAD is up 0.02% trading between 0.01208 and 0.01215. Gold is up 1.11% trading between $1,483 and $1,494USD/oz while silver is up 0.72% trading between $17.31 and $17.59. Oil (WTI crude) is down 0.50% trading between $52.63 and $53.31.
