Oil recovered from a heavy fall while European stocks and bonds were in the red on Thursday, as markets waited to see if ECB meeting minutes would give clues on the bank's next moves. The Federal Reserve gave mixed signals on Wednesday. Markets were sandwiched between what had been the largely inconclusive Fed minutes and Friday's U.S. jobs data and the start of a G20 summit that has risen in importance following this week's long-range missile test by North Korea. Currently, the TSX is down 0.47% while the DJIA is down .62%. EURCAD is down 0.40% trading between 1.4675 and 1.4757 . GBPCAD is down 0.05% trading between 1.6723 and 1.6802 . JPYCAD is down 0.01% trading between 0.01141 and 0.01148 . Gold is down 1.26% trading between $1,222 and $1,229USD/oz., silver is down 0.57% trading between $15.98 and $16.10USD/oz., while oil is up 0.55% trading between $45.23 and $46.01.
