Wholesale inventories
The euro climbed and stocks inched higher on Thursday, as markets digested the the European Central Bank not scaling back its more than 2 trillion euro ($2.75-trillion) stimulus program as of now. There was relief of sorts too after Donald Trump and U.S. Congress leaders struck a surprise deal to push a showdown on the country's debt limit back to December, and that there had been no further escalation in the North Korea crisis. Currently, the TSX is down 0.09% while the DOW is down 0.15%. EURCAD is up 0.17% trading between 1.4521 and 1.4662. GBPCAD is down 0.14% trading between 1.5898 and 1.5972. JPYCAD is down 0.16% trading between 0.01154 and 0.01122. Gold is up 0.89% trading between $1,332 and $1,348USD/oz., silver is up 1.06% trading between $17.79 and $18.05USD/oz., while oil is down 0.60% trading between $48.64 and $49.33.
