The Stoxx Europe 600 Index touched a five-week low. Korean and Japanese shares slid as both markets reopened after holidays, though stocks in Shanghai and Hong Kong climbed.Currently, the TSX is down 0.60% and the DJIA is down 0.93%. EURCAD is up 0.05% trading between 1.5030 and 1.5081. GBPCAD is down 0.06% trading between 1.7564 and 1.7630. JPYCAD is up 0.53% trading between 0.01211 and 0.01219.
